  3. Device Fingerprint: We generate a unique device fingerprint to prevent trial abuse and enhance security. This fingerprint is stored locally and associated with your account.
  4. Offline Data Storage: All question banks and your exam results are stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. You are responsible for backing up your data.
  5. M‑Pesa Payments: When you make a payment, your phone number is used to initiate the M‑Pesa STK push. We do not store your M‑Pesa PIN or transaction details beyond the receipt for verification.
  6. Data Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to protect our rights. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be used for research.
  7. Data Security: We employ industry‑standard security measures, including encryption of sensitive data and secure communication with our backend. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
  8. Your Rights: You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time via the Profile page. You can also request a copy of your data using the Export feature.
  9. Data Retention: We retain your personal information as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems, though some anonymized records may be kept for analytics.
  10. Children's Privacy: The App is intended for adult medical students and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 without parental consent.
